Cancellation Policy

No cancellation fees apply for tours or excursions canceled due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances beyond control. However, if cancellations occur for personal or business reasons and costs have already been incurred, those expenses will be passed on to the traveler.

  • Less than 30 days before check-in: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • 31 to 60 days before check-in: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • 61 to 90 days before check-in: 15% of the total amount will be charged.

Deposit and Payment

A 50% deposit is required upon confirming your tour booking. Payments can be made via credit or debit card (MasterCard/Visa) through a secure online payment system. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon the start of the tour.

For added peace of mind, travelers are encouraged to secure their trip with a travel insurance program. One-week coverage is available for $25 per person.
