Itinerary

Day 1:Arrival in Egypt

Upon your arrival in Egypt, our planned transfer service will ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Our representative will greet you at Cairo Airport and escort you to a private air-conditioned vehicle. From there, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 2:Great Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum

After a delicious breakfast at your hotel, your expert tour guide will meet you in a private air-conditioned vehicle for an exciting day of exploration.

Your first stop will be the Great Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, where you’ll see the Great Sphinx, the Valley Temple, and many iconic landmarks of Giza.

Next, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum, home to hundreds of ancient artifacts, including the stunning treasures of King Tutankhamen.

Once your tour is complete, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 3:Tel Basta & Belbis

After breakfast, your tour guide will take you to visit the Holy Well in Tel Basta, where Jesus is said to have rested and drank from a spring of water. Located about 100 km northeast of Cairo, Tel Basta (formerly known as Papastis) holds great historical significance.

Next, head to Belbis, known for the tree of the Virgin Mary, where the Holy Family took refuge. Visit St. George’s Church and then return to Cairo for a local lunch.

Day 4:Sakha & Samanoud

After breakfast, your expert guide will take you to Sakha, located 140 km north of Cairo, to visit the Church of the Virgin Mary and see the famous footprint of Jesus Christ.

Proceed to Samanoud, where the Holy Family is believed to have passed through and was welcomed by the local people. Visit Mar Abanoub Khoresh and a holy well where the Holy Family drank water.

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant, and then you’ll return to your hotel in Cairo.

Day 5:Wadi Natroun

Today, after breakfast, your tour guide will take you to Wadi El Natrun, a desert valley considered sacred by many. It is believed that the Holy Family took refuge here during their time in Egypt.

Visit Baramous Monastery, the oldest of the four surviving monasteries in the valley, followed by Monastery of Anba Bishoy, home to the body of Anba Bishoy, and the smaller Deir el-Suri monastery.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before returning to your hotel in Cairo.

Day 6:Cairo Churches

After breakfast, your guide will take you to some of Cairo’s most significant churches.

Visit the Hanging Church, St. Sergius, St. George’s Church, and the Babylon Citadel in Old Cairo. Then, head to Mostorod to see the Church of the Virgin Mary and visit the Holy Well and Holy Mary Tree in Matareya, a site frequently visited by medieval pilgrims.

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant, and then you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 7:Cairo to Minya Tour

After breakfast, your tour guide will take you to Maadi, where you can visit the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary and explore the surrounding area.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading to your hotel in Minya.

Day 8:Minya – Dandara – Luxor

Visit the Temple of Hathor in Dendera, dedicated to the goddess of love and joy, before enjoying lunch at a local restaurant.

Breakfast will be served on the sleeper train before arriving in Cairo. You will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel for a day of leisure in Cairo.

Price Policy

All prices are listed in USD per person per trip. Secure online payments can be made through a payment gateway with no additional fees or surcharges. The initial price is based on one adult in a group size, with the lowest price available during the low season.

Tour Voucher

Once your tour is confirmed, you will receive an email with the final confirmation and a voucher to print and bring with you. The voucher will include customer care and tour operator contact details, along with all necessary information for your convenience.

Tipping

Tipping is not included in any package and is left to the discretion of travelers. While not mandatory, it is highly appreciated by those who assist you during your trip.

Children Policy

  • 0 – 1.99 years old: Free of charge (unless flights are included).
  • 2 – 5.99 years old: 25% of the tour price or 50% if flights or a sleeper train are included.
  • 6 – 11.99 years old: 50% of the tour price.
  • 12+ years old: Full adult price.

If the tour package includes airfare, additional charges may apply for children.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation fees apply for tours or excursions canceled due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances beyond control. However, if cancellations occur for personal or business reasons and costs have already been incurred, those expenses will be passed on to the traveler.

  • Less than 30 days before check-in: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • 31 to 60 days before check-in: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • 61 to 90 days before check-in: 15% of the total amount will be charged.

Deposit and Payment

A 50% deposit is required upon confirming your tour booking. Payments can be made via credit or debit card (MasterCard/Visa) through a secure online payment system. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon the start of the tour.

Travel Insurance

For added peace of mind, travelers are encouraged to secure their trip with a travel insurance program. One-week coverage is available for $25 per person.

  • Tombs of Seti I and Ramses V in the Valley of the Kings

These sites require additional entry fees. Please contact us if you wish to modify or add activities to your program.

Other personal expenses may include:
